Aero Apparel Returns & Refund Policy

At Aero Apparel, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchases. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations or fit perfectly, and we want to make the returns process as easy and straightforward as possible. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Returns Eligibility: 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • When returning any item(s) a refund, store credit or exchange will be provided.
  • Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Final sale items, such as clearance or discounted products, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps: a. Contact our Customer Service team at admin@aeroapparel.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. b. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Process: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please follow these steps: a. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all original tags. b. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email inside the package. c. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. d. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless it is their first return or the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Aero Apparel is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refund:

  • If you change your mind or would like a refund you will have the choice to receive a refund or store credit that is valid for 1 year and are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or store credit.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and refund or store credit to be issued.
  • Discount Codes previously applied are excluded from the Return Store Credit or refund value.
  • Refund is issued to the original payment method, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account.
  • Store Credit is issued electronically to the original email address from the order. Please check your spam/junk mail if you haven’t received this yet.

6. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please initiate a return as outlined above and we will assist you with an exchange via email.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
