Shipping
We ship worldwide to over 200 countries! Whether you're in Australia, New Zealand, the US, UK, Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, we'll get your Aero Apparel activewear to you.
Shipping costs vary by location:
- Australia (Domestic): $8.99 AUD Standard (5-7 business days) or $12.99 AUD Express (2-3 business days). FREE Standard shipping on qualifying orders.
- New Zealand: $13.99 AUD Standard or $24.99 AUD Express
- International (US, UK, Europe, Asia & major markets): $19.99-20.00 AUD Standard
- Other countries: $19.99 AUD Standard
Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped:
- Australia: 5-7 business days (Standard) or 2-3 business days (Express)
- New Zealand: 5-7 business days (Standard) or 2-3 business days (Express)
- International: 7-14 business days depending on your location
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing for international orders.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact. When you return items, you'll receive a store credit valid for 1 year (store credits are non-refundable). Please note that final sale items, such as clearance or discounted products, cannot be returned unless they are defective.
To start a return, email our Customer Service team at admin@aeroapparel.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number with detailed instructions. Pack the items securely with all original tags, include your packing slip, write the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address we provide. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and store credit to be issued.
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for store credit, then place a new order for what you'd like. Your store credit will be issued electronically to your original order email address within 2 weeks of us receiving your return (please check your spam/junk folder). Note that discount codes previously applied are excluded from the store credit value.
Sizing
To find the perfect size, refer to our detailed size chart available on each product page. Measurements are provided for chest, waist, hips, and other relevant areas. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.
If the item doesn't fit, don't worry. We offer free exchanges for size adjustments. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
